LISTING INVENTORY REMAINS RELATIVELY LOW AND THE RATIO OF SALES TO LISTING INVENTORY INDICATES THE MARKET REMAINS STABLE.
This month’s ratio of 3.79 months of inventory is down slightly from last month and one year ago when it was 4.39. “Pending sales” (shown below) were relatively strong as were “Solds” for February.
